You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for any reason. Email olyvro.store@gmail.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Items should come back in their original packaging with the USB cable and manual. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund goes to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Yes. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to show its first scan while the package clears the origin facility, so a quiet tracking page in the first week is normal. If it has not updated after 7 business days, email us and we will chase it down.
