30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return for any reason. If the blender is not right for you, we will refund your purchase price.

How to start a return

Email olyvro.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address. Please do not ship an item back before contacting us, as returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories, including the USB charging cable and user manual. Items showing damage beyond normal inspection may receive a partial refund.

Return shipping

If the product arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Email us photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery. In most cases we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund without requiring you to ship the item back.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you by email and issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
