Shipping rates

Shipping is free on United States orders of $45.00 or more, which includes our Buy 2 and Buy 3 bundles. Orders under $45.00 are charged a flat $8.00 for standard shipping, shown at checkout before you pay. There are no other fees and no surprise charges.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

After processing, standard delivery within the United States takes 10 to 20 business days. Your estimated delivery window is shown on the product page and again at checkout. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 2 to 4 weeks.

Why delivery takes this long

Our blenders ship directly from our manufacturing partner overseas. That is what keeps the price at 29.99 USD instead of the 60 to 80 USD charged by brands that warehouse domestically. We would rather be upfront about the wait than surprise you with it after you order.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to show its first scan while the package clears the origin facility. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, email olyvro.store@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Customs and import duties

All duties and import fees on United States orders are covered by us. You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we will correct it before the order ships. We cannot reroute a package once it has left the facility.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
